Un appartamento, che grazie alla grande ricerca estetica e di design unita alla tecnologia più avanzata, è in grado di rappresentare un’esperienza a sé stante per chi scelga di soggiornare nel cuore di uno dei centri medievali più affascinanti d’Italia.
Canticle offre spazi ampi – centoventi metri quadrati interni – suddivisi tra zona living, due camere matrimoniali e due bagni comunicanti attraverso la zona doccia hammam, a sua volta arricchita da un camino a bioetanolo, che ne esalta il mood contemporaneo. I colori dominanti sono il bianco e il grigio tortora, che si fondono visivamente con il rovere e il lino naturale di tessuti e tendaggi.
All’esterno, una grande terrazza proietta la residenza sulla città, offrendo una splendida vista a trecentosessanta gradi sulle mura romane e sull’ampia area verde circostante. Unica nel suo genere, si compone di una zona dining e una relax, dotata di solarium in teak e minipool riscaldata a sfioro, con idromassaggio e cromoterapia.
Particolarmente elaborato è lo studio illuminotecnico, che permette alti livelli di personalizzazione nella modulazione delle luci in tutti gli spazi della casa, per creare atmosfere sempre nuove nel corso della giornata.[:en][envira-gallery id=”1759″]

“Canticle” offers ample spaces: a 120-square-meter interior subdivided into a living area, two double bedrooms, two baths, a hammam, and an enormous terrace that projects the residence out over the city for (among other things) a splendid 360° view of the Lucca city walls and the broad surrounding swathe of green. “We propose furnishings that ‘break’ with the classic context of the historic center,” explain Marco Vincenzi and Andrea Caturegli of Studiòvo, the designers of the interiors and the terrace, and Amerigo Giannoni, of Officine 3076, the general contractor for the work. “We invested in lighting as a central element and we have given every single item making up the furnishings an identity: decorative, certainly, but also – and above all – functional.”
The terrace, unique in its genre, offers an intriguing view of the tree-studded Lucca city walls from three sides and is equipped for total relaxation with a teak solarium and heated infinity-edge minipool with hydromassage and chromotherapy capability.
The lighting project is complex, conceived to offer many options for modulating a great number of lighting parameters to create changing scenarios over the course of the day and in each different space of the home.
